Over the Summer I was lucky enough to be able to use Victoria Baths in Manchester as a experimental space in which to work. I took along things that I had been making in the studio to play around with and also used some of the things I found around the baths to make sculpture.

I had become very interested in the Greek cross and with following on from reading 'Impurity' along with my continued research into Malevich and Reinhardt felt the need to try and free the cross from the confines of the square.
